All djs including bar, club or mobile not licensed in city were business is being conducted, will be fined a minimum of $5000 due to so many complaints at city hall about non licensed djs, a new policy will come into effect no later than Sept of 2017 and city code enforcement personnel will be out, conducting full investigations to assure djs meet city requirements.
