The Phoenix Union High School District will be shutting down the football program due to massive reports of concussions . Parents have voted that football should not be played if not taught how to play correctly .
Student Athletes also states that it is hard to stay focused in class . The following schools football program will be shutdown ( Alhambra High School , Trevor G. Browne High School ,Camelback High School , Central High School , Cesar Chavez High School , Betty H. Fairfax High School , Carl Hayden Community High School , Maryvale High School , North High School , and South Mountain High School )
