Late this evening, flames spread from the Preston waffle house.
A suspect, Joshua Darway, who is a 1st and 2 nd shift cook, is in custody tonight under the charges of Arson 1st degree, 1st offense.
Apparently after being fired for peeing in the hasbrowns, he became disgruntled and stuffed a flaming rag into a substance “cooking oil”.
