Kenton man named VP of Human Resources for Cleveland Indians

Perry Hopkins, 43, of Kenton was named Vice President of Human Resources for the Cleveland Indians today at an announcement at Progressive Field. Paul Dolan, Chief Operating Officer of the Indians said “We are proud to have such a dedicated professional join our team. He’s a military veteran, professional in his occupation and a lifelong Indians fan. Hopkins said in a statement “I grew up in Chicago but I always held a special place for the Tribe. I look forward to serving them and the city of Cleveland for many years.”
Hopkins will be introduced on the field Saturday before the game where he will throw out the first pitch.
