In a press statement released earlier today, Runaways member and 80s solo artist Lita Ford has announced that this will be her final tour
Lita first got her start in an all girl group, that included Cherry Currie as well as Joan Jett, called the Runaways at the young age of 16. She soon there after went solo and had a string of hits through out the 80s. With some of her biggest hits being Kiss Me Deadly and Close my Eyes for ever. A duet she did with Ozog
Lita stated that it’s been a great almost 40 years in rock and roll. But it’s time to enjoy life. She apologizes to anyone who may have recently missed one of final performances
