When she was arrested, police found part of her husband’s penis in her purse
A woman in Metheringham has been arrested for allegedly chopping off her husband’s penis during an argument over him selling his light aircraft.
The mother-of-TWO, was arrested in Metheringham in Lincoln as she made her way to the local refuse dump with her husband’s genitals still in her purse.
The husband and wife, identified only as John and DM respectively, had been married for many years when the incident occurred on Sunday around 3am.
On Saturday evening the couple were fighting well into the early hours of the morning, when DM pulled out a sharp night and cut off her husband’s penis, police said.
‘The quarrel continued till 2am on Sunday morning and he went to sleep after a few whiskey’s. Around 3am, DM brought a sharp knife from the kitchen and cut off her husband’s penis and left the house with the chopped off part,’ special sub-inspector of police Ivor Bollokoff told The Metheringham Times.
Neighbours took John to a local hospital and he was later transferred to The John Wayne Bobbitt Medical College where he underwent surgery and is now recovering.
