Local biker back in jail

A local Biker who gained fame in 2014 for riding his Harley Davidson Motorcycle naked on interstate 5 to bring awareness to homeless prostitutes has run afoul of the law once again. On Monday, July the 17th at aproximately 8am Eugene resident Paul Martin rode his Harley Davidson into the Walmart Super Center on West 11th street. Whitenesses said he was drifting around the isles leaving black burnout marks all over the polished store floors. There were a number of teenage kids in the electronics department looking at video games at the time of the incident. One young man said “that ol dude was doing at least 60mph in the store”. Store security attempted to stop Martin by throwing merchandise into the isles ahead of him to no avail. At one point Martin stopped his bike and a young lady jumped on the back and away they went terrorizing the store. The joy ride went on for 30 minutes before in an attempt to exit through the front doors local police had spike strips set up and flattened the motorcycles tires. Martin was taken into custody after a brief struggle with law enforcement. Martin was heard shouting at police about his flat tires, “that’s just wrong, your wrong!” Martin is being held at the Lane County Jail. His bail is set at $50,000 and is due in court next Thursday.
