A local resident of Seneca Lake Joe Capehart has won the Ohio lottery mega millions of over $90,000,000 before taxes. Taken over 27 years it is estimated he will receive $2,650,000 annually after taxes. Mr. Capehart had no comment on what he plans to do with his winnings but said he may want to buy a farm and raise worms for fishing, wow!
