On the evening of the 17th matthew sepulveda was allegedly under the influence when he hit a 17 year old male with a car and killed him Witnesses say he was driving way too fast and erratically when he struck the child anybody with any information about his whereabouts contact the local Pinal County Police Department there is a $10,000 reward if led to his capture
