Local Maryville Tn. Man hits 2 million on Scratch Off

A local Maryville Tennessee bought a $2.00 scratch off Tennessee Lottery Ticket and won 2 million dollars. Todd Penley of Maryville Tn. Said he stopped in his local Exxon Station and spent his last 2 dollars and scratched off the prize amount of 2 million dollars. Todd said that he is still in shock and plans to retire and buy a new Dodge Demon with his winnings.
