Scranton police have arrested local teenager Frank Cwalinski, of Hickory Street, Scranton in relation to stalking reported at local hotels. Scranton police say they received multiple calls of a man attempting to stalk the baseball players and their families. Police then said Cwalinski was found trying to obtain autographs from AAA baseball players playing at PNC field, Montage Mountain Road, Moosic. When police found him, a “countless amount” of drugs and alcohol were found in his vehicle.
Cwalinski, 18, had recently graduated from Scranton High School. He was processed and sent to the Lackawanna County Prison where he has been released on bail.
