Local woman has lady luck on her side

Charlotte O’Neal has become another instant millionaire. Whether she is at the casino or one of the local game rooms, she claims to have always been a pretty lucky lady, but she also claims that no matter how many lottery tickets she bought her luck was never in scratch offs. Well that was all changed when she stopped in at a local convenience store in Hewitt, TX and decided to try her luck one more time. She says when she bought the ticket she just knew it was going to be her lucky day. Ms. O’Neal hopes that her winnings will assist her in finding and re-uniting with her 3 children and claims she would give her million dollar winnings back to have her children in her life again or to at least be able to spend one more day with them.
