Logansport dog napper

There has been seen and reported of a young lady in her late 20s stealing dogs in Logansport Indiana.shes about 5/4 an really long brown blonde hair goes by Ashley.the dogs are missing we have a lead that she has them .one is brown an white an the younger female is about a year old an is light brown an white.please contact your local police if u see her or the dogs.here are pic of the female dog that she took.
