A New Straitsville man was arrested earlier today. Perry county sherriff officers raided Charles Neill’s home and found 1000 lbs of marijuana. Spokesman for the sheriffs office said they were acting on an anonymous tip. Neill said he was just planning a party for his friends who deserves to get high and just relax! ” What’s the harm of that?” Neill says the party has been moved to the sheriffs office since they now have his shit!
