Man Blew Up Second Junkyard killed 2 people

This man David S. TEAGUE III ,married man with 5 kids. Sunday night into mid morning Monday blew up a junk yard full of Cars and a ton of gas that was in the cars. Two gaurds were there and has doed in the explosion . Man is being held in cranston jail until the 1st of Aug. Providece country sees this is his second felony like this one . We will get more information after court.
