Members of house and senate unable to talk

An explanation of why most politicians of both the Republican and the Democrat party have difficulty communicating has recently come to light. Apparently a deformity resulting from years as a politician first causes weakening of the spine and progresses ultimately to relocation of the head. Several studies done by the University of North Virginia have shown this condition becomes more likely over time. Discussion is underway currently in congress to insure the condition will be covered in any future health bills proposed for house and senate members. To avoid the spreading of this condition it has been recommended that as soon as symptoms appear the member be removed.
