Midland man caught disguised as Santa.

George Miller was caught dressed as Santa making small children smell his finger. Though no charges have been filed Miller is under investigation. The other man in photo is listed as a accomplis. Any one who has a child that has been forced into sniffing this man’s finger please call your local police department.
