Newport Children Get One More Month of Vacations as School Openings Push to September 31st!

Citing weather concerns and the lateness of summer, local kids da won’t be heading back to class until almost October. In a surprise announcement the council has decided to delay the start of school. “We really feel that the kids need to get it all out of their systems before coming back to class”, one board member eplained. This has left mix feelings in the community, one parent off the record stated, “My kids already an a$&, by October I’ll kill them.”
