nick baker of doniphan Nebraska has been charged with mui and resisting arrest he was caught walking around holdrege and had an alcohol level of 0.9 and he was clearly intoxicated when making eye contact he had two ounces of marijuana in his pocket and when he was being questioned he pushed an officer and ran he was tackled 2 blocks from the scene and is in custody he is facing up to 30 years in jail with little to no chance of parol
