Joe Schmo of CAB stated that the decision comes after several threatening phone calls were received in his office regarding the proposal. During the meeting he (Schmo) said that the majority of the phone calls were from Brandon Lewis of Helena. Lewis has diligently hunted for two years to no avail and he says it’s because he can’t hunt at night when the animals are more likely to stand broad side so he want miss.

Attempts were made to reach Mrs. Lewis but we’re unsuccessful.
