Conneaut, Ohio resident Emerson Biggins is ordered to build a fence around his property where the neighbors say a “phantom lawn mower” disrupts the neighborhood. Rumor has it, the mower will start by itself and start driving around, sometimes cutting grass in the neighbors yards. Residents of Bessemer Ave are fed up with the noise and strips of grass being cut in their yards. Phil McCracken lives next door and says “That damn thing will start up and mow in the middle of the night, and mow til dawn! Poppin wheelies and back firing the whole time! I can’t wait til they put up a fence so it will quit mowing the words turd licker in my grass.” The fence is supposed to be built by July 27th and hopefully bring a little peace to this usually quiet neighborhood.
