Harris County Pct. 2 Deputy Constable Ricardo Rodriguez is under felony investigation by the Texas Rangers. When the Texas Rangers were reached today at their Houston office; Texas Ranger Smith stated “This is a current investigation on official oppression and other charges, there will be no further comments until the investigation is complete”. We were given this anonymous tip earlier during the day and confirmed with the Texas Rangers that the tip was in face true. We will continue to update as this story develops.
