Rankin County Autorities are asking all residents of Rankin County to be on the lookout for a 49 year old Caucasian male identified as Wally Marks Jr of Mobile Alabama. Athorities do not believe he is dangerous but ask residents not to approach him but to immediately contact the Rankin County Sheriff department.
Wally Marks Jr is suspected of capturing and brutally abusing a species of the Ectoparasites family or as most people identify as the Mosquito family. Witnesses have come forward to say they have witnessed this inhumane act towards these helpless creatures.
The Federal Government under the Obama administration passed The Abusive Entomology Death Act in 2012 which made it a federal crime to harm, abuse or kill members of the Mosquito population.
