Rock shortages plaguing Erie County

The recent “rock out Erie” craze has left Elk & Walnut Creeks virtually free of all former stones, pepples & rocks. This crange is wreaking havoc on the water flow, causing some areas to flood while others are left as dried out mud flats. An emergency gathering of state representatives & congress enacted immediate halt to the painting of rocks, removing them from place of origin or posting public pictures of painted rocks. Fines, jail time & felony charges are among the early forms of punishment for breaking these new laws. Penalties are thought to be increased in the coming weeks.
