Local florida man won Arizona’s largest Powerball Jackpot Saturday. Local Palm City man, David “Parker” Plotkin won the states largest ever. approaching a whopping 600 Million. This is the second week that Arizona has started selling online purchases for state lotto tickets and marks the second occasion that a non resident has claimed the jackpot. A representative for Arizona’s Lottery commission Frank Chalk said, ” In these past 2 weeks of online sales, we’ve generated what would have taken us a whole physcal quarter for state schools”.
