Shadow figure sought in connection to “Arkansas mafia” investigation

The FBI is searching for a person of interest in the investigation of many suicides allegedly linked to the so-called “Arkansas mafia”. This person has only been identified as a hispanic male who goes by the code name “Bad Hombre”. A search of the dark web has yielded nothing so far, but we will update this story as more information becomes available.
