Shiloh Men Duke It Out

Shiloh – Court documents purport a local Shiloh man is using subdivision lake water to irrigate his lawn even after being warned by the HOA to cease. Mr. James Bollmeier appeared in court today to defend his position that developer and land baron Scott Sachtleben is not only wrong in his assertions but is the actual culprit.

“Scott drains the lake every year to fill his pool to save on his water bill. Not only that but he’s so cheap that instead of having a dishwasher my wife Suzanne often sees him out in the lake with a bar of soap and a load of dishes scrubbing away. This is a classic case of the pot calling the recently lake-washed kettle black. If I’m guilty of anything its witnessing a half-naked Sachtleben driving through the lake singing Rose Royce’s, ‘At the Car Wash’.

Bollmeier’s attorney, Randal Berg added, “He’s a sick man with no regard for anything. In the past my client has witnessed him drowning puppies while mumbling something about Brad Pittinger and Litzsinger Place. The plaintiff is fortunate that my client doesn’t file a counterclaim for the substantial damages he has incurred replacing dead or damaged grass that we can only assume has resulted from the high concentration of Mr. Sachtleben’s urine in the lake water.”
