Squirrel hunting banned in shawano county

Due to a rare parasite harmful to humans found in samples of squirrels that were found dead through out Shawano and surrounding counties the wi Dnr has banned all squirrel hunting in shawano, Oconto, and Marinette counties for all of the 2017 season. Until further studies are done to determine the source.
