Stephanie Nichols aka Phanie is wanted for questioning. Witnesses say last night, July 16, Stephanie went to San Miguel’s, ordered one of everything on the menu, ate, and left without paying her outstanding bill. If you know where Stephanies is, please tell her to call the Mexican Police.
