Teen charged with 2nd degree murder charges after being in connection with shooting in Troy,ny

Albany teen Charles Jacobs will be arraigned in court Thursday after being in connection with a murder in Troy investigators say Jacobs was with suspects the night of murder and was with the 2 other suspects on camera at the scene and will be charged with 2nd degree murder and is now held in Albany county jail
