18 year old Roger Stokes Jr from Pittston allegedly arm robbed 4 People’s Security banks between Pittston and Scranton Pennsylvania today roughly around 4pm this afternoon. Stokes is still on the run and considered armed and dangerous. Any information of his were abouts please call 911 or your local FBI offices.
