Witnesses say the young African American male was walking with a group of other African American boy along N.Main St when they seen another group of African American males they pulled out guns and where arguing then Carlos E King know as “Flocc” began shooting killing 3 of the the boys and the which he was fatally shot he was drove to hospital and was reported dead Aprox. 1:35 A.M.
