Police say Shawn Williams is the real ghost from power. This guy has been flying under the radar for over 15 years. Investors say he has been running a criminal enterprise raking in millions. Williams manages to take elaborate trips multiple properties drive the most expensive cars and have a luxury penthouse in downtown Indianapolis all funded by his criminal enterprise. Investors have had a hard time pinning any case against Williams but say it’s only a matter of time before they are able to catch him. Williams was recently charged with the RICO act. And currently fighting pending charges that can land him in jail for along time. A call to his lawyer was declined to make any comment regarding their client.
