Ticket violation

Local police from Sunray TX have issued an immediate repo for a white Chevy truck with a black hood owned by Edgar Garcia for exesive ticket violations. Police say the the driver of the truck does not have an arrest warrant but is required to turn in his truck. According to a new law passed in Texas if received more than tree traffic tickets the driver is obligated to turn in their vehicle to local police until the traffic tickets are accounted for.
