Turlock police shoot and kill 13 year old silvano penaloza. Police say silvano was armed to what appeared to be a gun but turned out to be a Bebe gun. This incident happened around 2:15pm witnesses say that the little boy was always happy and active. And they were shocked to see this happen to the little boy.
