U.N. Human Rights Commission: Popular game “Hangman” offensive and should be banned

The UN High Commission for Human Rights voted 21-2 to recommend a worldwide ban of “Hangman”, a popular word game that inspired the hit television show “Wheel of Fortune.” A spokesman for the Commitee, which, ironically, includes representatives from at least three countries where public hangings are still quite common, said, “Not only does the game make light of execution, an independent study reveled that 99.999% of the stick figures drawn by participants are male. So as usual, women are underrepresented!”
