A team of reporters found this crew of construction workers putting up a fence in a private area apparently with no experience. It seems to The town the money being spent on this project is extremely wasteful to the taxpayers, and apparently there are another 500 to be built the taxpayers want to know where is this money coming from and why ? “The workers that are their appear to be uneducated ,and inexperienced and should by no means be doing this type of work” said another private contractor who are building the same fence at a different site . We tried to comment with the foreman on the job to no avail . Further investigation Will be done by the Massachusetts Department transportation .
