Woman wanted for hit and run on a bird

On Friday 14th July a woman was caught on camera running over a pigeon but failed to stop this incident happened on green lane. If anyone saw what happened and has any information on this incident call 101.
The pigeon suffered life threatening injuries and is in a critical condition.
