The Avalon City Recreation group has voted with a 8 to 1 majority to allow NUDE PARASAILING along its shore line from Sept 1 to and excluding Sept 20 2017. “WE THINK THIS WILL BE A BIG HIT WITH THE YOUNGER SET.” Stated the chairmen. The only restriction is helmets have to be worn ,A some kind of disguise. Also bathers are not allowed to yell and no pointing.
