BREATHALIZERS NO LONGER A CHOICE FOR ILLINOIANS

Illinois house commitee has passed a new law effective Aug. 1st prohibiting anyone under the age of 28 years old from operating a motor vehicle that is not equipped with a breathalyzer apparatus.
The decision was made to require the use of breathalyzers after a string of young drivers’ alcohol related deaths on Illinois highways so far this year.
The part that young drivers are not going to like is that the breathalyzer is not free nor its installation by a qualified technician.
For more information drivers may contact their local authoritiy of City Mayor.
