For months a winning Powerball ticket went unclaimed. Until Jomar Brown of Bridgeport was cleaning out his Range Rover. He found a Powerball ticket in his center council.
Jomar was curious and took the lottery ticket into a corner store, and swiped the numbers and the machine said we was a winner.
