Former NHHS student caught cheating on ACT testing.

There recently has been news let out that former student Beth Phillips has a warrant out for her arrest after sharing answers with classmates. Many people have recently tried to stay in touch with Phillips, but close friend, Ash Cullum, will be taken in and question very soon. Reward if a lead can be made on suspect.
