Local Apple Valley ramp near AMC Theater were searched after apparent firework alerts reported from near by residents in Red Robin. Camera footage showing 5 teens throwing fireworks outside of the parking ramp , hours later they were caught and found with illegal fireworks , those 5 kids are now under custody.
