Labor Day Camping Threatens to Delight Local Burlington Friends

The dutch ovens have been gathered and the sleeping pads have been tested.

This weekend continues an ongoing tradition of local woman Melissa, who camps at a local reservoir every Labor Day. She has finally convinced her friend Megan to pack up the kids and pool toys and relax in the water. A wild weekend of extra reading and constant naps awaits.

Shenanigans are imminent and surrounding campers are encouraged to pull up a camp chair for a friendly chat, or a picnic blanket for late night star gazing.

The menu hasn’t been finalized, but of course Megan is spending her evenings with a last minute sewing project instead of helping with actual camping plans or finalizing her camper maintenance.
