Las Vegas Teen Wanted For Gang Related Murder

Local Las Vegas authorities are on the look out for 19 year old David Ivan Lera, wanted for capital murder. Investigators say it was gang related and/or drug related. The victim 21 year old Hispanic male who’s name has not yet been released was found dead near Penwood and Arville.
