Local teenager sentenced to 5 years in Juvenile institution !?

Fatima Turner is a 15 year old girl, the family of the Morrisons are pressing charges against turner for assault on the first degree, child endangerment , and animal cruelty. Fatima Turner is mental unstable and has also been Rehabilitated to a mental institution due to her health.
