Male caught in being a suspect of murder

Justin P. Silva, 27, of Cicero was finally arrested by Onondaga County Sheriffs’ at a checkpoint for being a possible suspect of murdering his ex-girlfriend Tatiana McGrath. He was caught with 3 oz. of marijuana, loaded handgun, and bloody clothes in his vehicle. Suspect is in custody for questions until further notice.
