The Delaware State Police Robbery Unit is searching for a two men suspected of the armed robbery of a truck driver earlier this month, officials said Monday.
The incident happened Aug. 5 at approximately 6:52 p.m., police said.
A 31-year-old male was seated inside of his tractor-trailer, which was parked in the southern parking lot of the Delaware House Service Area at 530 JFK Memorial Highway, officials said.
A the two teens approached the driver and pointed a handgun at him, police said.
The suspects demanded the victim’s wallet and cell phone, police said. The victim gave his wallet to the suspects but refused to surrender his phone, according to police.
