Schools planning on drug testing all students

Schools across the United States are going to start drug testing students. This will go into effect starting January 1st, 2018.
Schools are implanting this to boost scores and are trying to stop the use of marijuana in teens around the U.S. They are trying to stop the creations of Zombies and door lickers.
