Strange man seen in Wal-Mart stealing rope

Earlier today on 8/5/2017 a strange man was spotted stealing rope from our local Wal-Mart. If you have any information regarding this shady character please call the state police. He was last seen wearing a checkered blue button up shirt and taking off with a man in a red Chevy tahoe.
